The optimized data are simulated in SCAPS, and the optimized parameters of the battery are obtained. The Voc is 2.1355V, the Jsc is 33.260924 mA/cm2, the FF is 53.72%, and the PCE is 38.15%. Our simulation results have improved the efficiency of Ge-based perovskite battery to a new level.
